Internal use
The Shenchi ERP Report Receiver supports an authorized internal business reporting workflow. It is not a public ERP service or a public file-storage service. Access to this information website does not grant permission to use the upload receiver, access business reports, or log in to ERP.
Authorized reports and credentials
Only authorized users and configured systems may submit reports. Submitted data must be appropriate for the reporting workflow and obtained with permission. Do not submit unrelated files, malicious content, or fabricated reports. Keep account credentials and upload keys confidential.
Prohibited use
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, obtain unauthorized records, interfere with the service, or overload its endpoints. A public endpoint address does not authorize access.
Reporting accuracy and availability
Authorized users should review import results and business reports before relying on them. ERP access, network connectivity, Google authorization, service quotas, and other operational conditions can interrupt processing. Successful export alone does not confirm successful upload or spreadsheet import.
